The data backup and restore service takes copies of data from our servers on a pre-arranged schedule and stores the information on disk using Microsoft Data Protection Manager. We also provide a restore service on request.
The equipment, disks, and control of the management network to provide these services are provided by NTT Europe Data Centres. They are all standard services, included in our contract.
We can also allow you secure access through a virtual LAN (local area network) if you need it.
Our hosted exchange service includes a full weekly and a daily incremental backup, with data saved on-site for 14 days.

We offer built-in disaster recovery as part of our hosted exchange service. All our backups are securely stored at NTT Europe’s data centre, even if you are using our on premise solution – so we can quickly restore all your business information.
This means you continue to get access to your data, even via remote desktops or by mobile devices, in the event of a problem.
