The XE2 customer portal is available to all our clients, and you’ll find it helpful and informative. It gives you control over your service, letting you add new users and remove old ones, as well as change the profiles of your current users. The support team will help you get familiar with this.
If you have any problems, or need some advice, XE2 Customer Support is there to help. The journey begins when you decide to come with us, and we will work with you to plan the switchover to our hosted platform, and manage the migration with your technical team according to your requirements. Or you can just leave the whole thing to us.
